Privacy Policy

Hello, we’re the small green studio. Just like how we protect people and the planet with the choices we make, we're committed to protecting your personal information too. Here's our privacy policy.

What information do we collect?

We only collect information that we need to provide our services to you. This might include your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you provide to us. In some rare cases we may obtain privileged or confidential data which is to be displayed in the media we produce for you. We’ll use your data classification to judge how we treat it on a case by case basis.

How do we use your information?

We use your information to provide you with the services you've requested from us, and to communicate with you about those services up until completion of a project.

Who do we share your information with?

We will only share your information with third parties who help us provide our services to you. For example, we may share your information with a third-party service if we can not fulfil your request or have a resourcing issue at that time. We'll never sell your information to third parties for any reason.

How do we keep your information safe?

We take the security of your information seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We also limit access to your information to only those employees who need it to provide our services to you.

How long do we keep your information?

We'll only keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services to you. After that, we'll delete it securely. In some cases, we keep ‘rushes’ or raw digital media files in order to provide a follow-on service to you. These files can be very large and so we offer this as part of our service. We can permanently delete any of these files at project completion if you wish but most clients like to have them available for a time. How long this is can be discussed at the contracting phase or you can stick with the default time as set out in our general terms and conditions; normally found in your proposal document if applicable.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to request that we correct any inaccuracies in that information, and to request that we delete your information. You can also object to us using your information for marketing purposes. This would usually be in the form of social media posts where we share what we’ve been up to and with whom. If you have any questions or concerns about how we're handling your information, please get in touch with us on [email protected].
