B Lab is the non-profit network transforming the global economy to benefit all people, communities and the planet. It was created in 2006 with the mission to inspire and enable people to use business as a force for good. There are B Labs across the globe (forming the B Global Network). B Lab UK is a charity that launched in 2015. Our work with B Lab UK is fundamental to how we operate as a Certified B Corp. We’re proud to have them as a client.
At B Lab, everything is rooted in their global theory of change. They believe systemic change can only be achieved by first modelling an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economic system. As it stands, only 33% of B Corps are women-owned, and only 8% of B Corps are owned by a founder of colour.
Working with the B Lab Marketing team to film, edit and deliver a suite of video case studies from current diverse B Corp founders. Care was taken to devise a line of questioning that not only fit the brief but took into account the subtleties of why each founder had been asked to contribute.
Multiple assets were delivered to fit different social channels and applications such as format, length and motion graphics. Additional behind the scenes (BTS) imagery was captured which formed a teaser campaign and featured on the promotional landing pages.
B Lab captured over 400 email leads (the goal was c250) and are actively supporting 8 companies through certification. One will have free certification for the first three years and the other 7 winners are benefiting from free B Leader support.
