Our client is a global organisation of independent services firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. In 143 countries and territories with more than 273,000 partners and employees working in member firms around the world.
Our client needed help to deliver high quality pre-recorded videos for an upcoming Global Partner event. They didn’t have the time to spend hand-holding a video production team whilst dealing with all of the event logistics. The contributors were situated across eight countries and client-side support was minimal. The output needed to bust myths about using global teams to deliver work - so the videos and narrative also had to show this.
We quickly assessed the requirements against the budget, timeline and environmental impact of a typical global shoot. We decided to use a blend of local producers and in-country video journalists to gather interviews and geographical supporting footage. We handled editing, storyboarding and logistics from London for consistency, quality control and to offer one point of contact for the client. Some European travel was needed for one team member but our approach saved time, budget and carbon emissions.
What could have been a hotch-potch mess became a consistent high-end suite of video stories to compliment the global conference.
